For teens ages 13–18, the focus shifts to advanced puberty and health literacy, covering the reproductive system, menstruation, contraception, safe sex, hormonal changes, managing mood swings, cramps, and PMS, maintaining hygiene and self-care routines, understanding consent and healthy relationships, exploring self-confidence, and preparing for independence and responsible health choices.
